How do I send my recipient list?
After you request a quote, we share a simple template: name, address, and anything that changes from one letter to the next. You send it back, and we take care of printing, folding, stamping and mailing.
Can each letter be different?
Yes. The recipient name, address and message can vary per letter. The format stays the aerogramme: a single sheet that folds into its own envelope.
Is international more expensive?
No. The price per letter is the same everywhere in the world. The stamp and international postage are always included. That’s the whole point.
How long does delivery take?
We post within a day or two of approval. France 3–5 days, Europe about a week, the rest of the world 7–14 days.
How do we pay?
